Located in downtown Cleveland, Flannery’s Irish Pub has been a cornerstone in Cleveland dining since 1997. An ideal place to dig into everything from traditional Irish fare to burgers and seafood, Flannery’s boasts that it is ‘the pub you’ve been training for.”

A short walk from Tower City Center, Flannery’s sits on the corner of Prospect and East 4th. Warm and inviting from the outside, Flannery’s practically beckons you with the aromatic, flavorful anticipation of crunchy fried fish and chips and traditional Irish pancake called boxty.

The diverse menu doesn’t stop there, however. Along with the fish, boxty, corned beef & cabbage and Irish lamb stew, Flannery’s serves up a huge helping of Cleveland favorites. Local favorites include the Meath & Porta’il -- a moist pork loin sautéed with capers, sweet red onions and a delicate citrus sauce, as well as  the Donegal Bay Seafood Pasta -- a mouthwatering amalgamation of fettuccine, olive oil, white wine, garlic, onions, tomatoes, haddock, grouper and mussels.

You can’t forget their famous Maple Bacon Wrapped Meatloaf, served with onions, peppers, cheese, barbecue sauce and gravy, either. A variety of vegetarian dishes are also available. No matter your preference of cuisine, Flannery’s Irish Pub is sure to have something that will suit your palate.

Along with your taste buds, your wallet will also be happy. Flannery’s Irish Pub prides itself in its affordable and delicious menu options, which range from $5 to $15 each. The portions are immense: you’re almost sure to ask for a take-home box for your leftovers.

There is also live music on Friday and Saturday evenings, as well as on occasional Sundays. From traditional Irish folk tunes to easy listening and rock and roll, Flannery's hosts a variety of local music acts that patrons can enjoy while sipping on ice-cold beers or digging into a plate of traditional Irish potato boxties.

And no self-respecting Irish pub would be complete without a full-service bar offering more lagers than one can count. Flannery’s is no exception, offering an enormous array of imported and local ales, along with a variety of wine and spirits.

Famous for their annual St. Patrick’s Day celebration, Flannery’s opens up shop at 6 a.m. the day of the great Irish holiday, March 17. Its yearly kegs and eggs celebration serves up gigantic glasses of green Guinness and eggs with corned beef at discount prices, along with festive décor and shamrocks aplenty.

Reservations are not required in most cases. Dress is casual.
